Here's a simple, great tasting burger from a small chain called Pal's
in Tennessee. This little drive-thru developed this simple sauce--a
combination of ketchup, mustard, and relish--that makes quick
production of scores of these tasty sandwiches a breeze when the line
of cars grows long. Yes, it's easy... it's also very good on any
    burger at your next cookout.

Pal's is local to me as it was founded in Kingsport and I live about 20 minutes south in Johnson City. I have been to Pal's, and frankly, I
don't see what the big deal is about their food. To me, it's average
fast food though their service is great. The founder of Pal's passed
away recently and the whole aea was in mourning. Maybe it's a native local thing.

If I'm gonna go get a burger, I'd rather go to Blue Moose which is also
    a local chain. https://bluemooseburgersandwings.com/

Somany burgers, so many choices. Myfavourite fatsfood burger is Hardee's/ Carl's Jr. Frisco burger. 2nd favourite is Wendy'sBaconater Sir-downs?

There are so many and the competition is fierce. Mylocal Red Robin just
went tits up and flipped their "CLOSED" sign to permanent status.

And, at home ....... well, lessee now .............

    Title: Dirty Dave's Avocado-Smash Burger

    Yield: 2 Servings

    1 lb Ground chuck
    6 sl Thick-cut bacon; cooked
    - crisp
    1 tb Beef bouillon granules
    2 tb Chopped fresh cilantro
    +=OR=+
    2 ts Dried cilantro leaves
    1 Hass Avocado; thin sliced
1/4 c Thin sliced red onion
    2 Egg rolls (buns)

Combine ground beef, cilantro and bouillon in a large
    bowl; shape into 2 patties.

Grill or broil to desired doneness. Serve on crusty egg
rolls topped with bacon slices, avocado, and onion.

NOTES: This is my own reconstruction of the Smashburger
    (R) Avocado Club Burger. I think Smash uses 1/3 lb pucks
but I likes me beef. Tomato slices optional.
