    Unless you count them punishing the customers of an entire IP range. They'll do that. But the hackers themselves are not hurting the big dawgs like Microsoft.

    Smells like class action lawsuit to me.

    There should be one. Isn't it racist to punish people who use low-budget servers? I can avoid the trouble by using a more expensive hosting company, but it shouldn't come down to that.

    They are banking (yes, that was a pun) on the fact that the people using low budget servers can't afford it.
