Log Message:
ircd: share MemoServ access across linked BBS accounts
Allow a verified login to any network identity member to read telegrams for
all accounts in that group. READ, STATUS, and automatic checks visit group mailboxes with the configured MEMOACCOUNT first; server-qualified commands select accounts on that BBS. Recheck authorization before each request and reply so logout and unlinking revoke pending access. Continue checking other mailboxes when a BBS is unavailable, and retain the outer request while
mailbox progress arrives.
Keep nickname delivery at its configured destination unless MemoServ@server explicitly selects a linked account there. Reject missing or ambiguous BBS members and conflicting explicit destinations. Negotiate these capabilities with the authority so older implementations cannot silently ignore delivery overrides. Explain shared telegram access in LINK confirmations and HELP.
Add regression coverage for group access, destination selection, partial failures, stale replies, and legacy capability handling. Extend the isolated network test to verify reads from both BBSes with only one group login and reset fixture telegrams through the native API between runs.
Validation: 92 native tests and an isolated network through a v2.0 relay, including authority restart and mailbox revocation. All IRCds exited cleanly. --- SBBSecho 3.38-Linux
