    Very windy Scandinavia
    Wet in southwest.

    High pressure near Iceland keeps central and northwest Europe the most
    settled, bright in the southeast.

    Friday
    Some coastal showers for the Iberia, more frequent at first for the
    Spanish east coast, and then over the Portuguese coast later in the
    day. Frequent showers for the Balearics, Sardinia and Corsica, as well
    as Malta and southern Italy; brighter north Italy. Dry with a mix of
    cloud and sun for the Balkan States. Some patchy rain at first for
    Greece, while eastern Türkiye will see outbreaks of snow. Some showers
    for Cyprus.
    A mostly dry bright day for France, but some rain is expected in the
    far south. Dry, bright, and breezy for the British Isles, the Low
    Countries, Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. Cloudier for Czechia,
    Hungary, Slovakia, and Poland, but remaining dry here. A cloudy day for
    Romania perhaps with some patchy sleet over the eastern parts. Same for
    Bulgaria.
    Fine and bright in Denmark and southern parts of Sweden and Norway.
    Windy with bright conditions for Finland and the Baltic States. Windier
    in northern Scandinavia with wintry showers into northwest Norway.

    Saturday
    More rain in Iberia, locally heavy east and south, this rain extending
    across the Balearics and Sardinia. Drier and increasingly bright in
    Corsica and Italy. Similarly sunny and fine for the Balkan States and
    Greece, just some patchy rain in the Aegean Sea and the southeast cost.
    Fine in western Türkiye, snow in the mountains central and east.
    A bright, breezy across most of central and western Europe. Cloud
    increasingly drifts into northern parts of the Netherlands and Germany,
    a generally cloudier and windier day in Poland, Belarus, and Ukraine.
    Patchy snow in eastern Poland later in the day, risk of this snow
    becoming more widespread in Belarus.
    More fine weather in Denmark and breezy. Frequent snow showers and very
    strong winds across central and northern Norway, brighter in the south.
    Bright in Sweden too but powerful winds here too. Windy with snow in
    northern Finland, the snow more patchy in the south. Windy with patchy
    rain and snow in the Baltic States.

    Heavy rain in southern Spain and Portugal, brighter and drier north.
    Rain in northeast Spain as well, this rain extending across the
    Balearics and Sardinia. Drier and increasingly bright in Corsica and
    Italy. Similarly sunny and fine for the Balkan States and Greece, just
    some patchy rain in the Aegean Sea and the southwest cost. Fine in
    western Türkiye, snow in the mountains central and east.

    A few showers in eastern and southern Spain. Fine for most of Spain and
    Portugal with plenty of sunshine west. Scattered showers in the
    Balearics, Corsica and Sardinia, though often sunny too. Italy will be
    fair after morning fog clears, then plenty of sunshine. The Balkan
    States, Greece, and Türkiye will be dry with lots of sunshine too.
    Cool and dry with plenty of sunshine in France, blustery in the north.
    The Low Countries Germany, and Czechia will be cold and cloudy from the
    brisk northerly breeze. Some snow showers affecting east Poland.
    Austria and Hungary will be dry with lots of sunshine too. Switzerland
    is going to be dry and fair as well as cold. Snow in Belarus and

    rain possible near the coast. Mostly fine and cold in Germany in
    Switzerland, just some patchy snow in southeast Germany and west
    Austria. Patchy snow too in Czechia and Slovakia, more often snowy
    eastern Poland; windy here. A few snow showers in Serbia and Romania
    too but often bright away from the showers.
    More bright and windy weather for Denmark and southern Sweden. Frequent
    heavy snow continues to affect north and west Norway, this slipping
