My wife is a Cubs fan. The local commuter flights now offer
a non stop to Chicago (from Jackson, TN). I would like to
fly her there for a weekend of Cubs games. Neither of us
have ever seen a major league game in person, but we have
seen some farm team games before.

They sell out faster than the majors. Just last Saturday the had a live broadcast on Youtube and also other streaming channels. I get emails, but opened it up a day late and a dollar short when they announced it.

We don't go to Memphis unless it's for an event of some kind.
They have the Red Birds minor league team, but I'd have to
see who they are a farm for.

We both enjoy University of Memphis Tigers basketball, but
don't care for football. We've been getting emails about
their baseball team, but haven't made the drive to a
game...

Only reason for a major league game is for the experience
of seeing the Cubs at Wrigley... In person! :-)

Oh - we are close to Jackson, Tennessee, and they had a
farm team for the Rockies, I think it was, at one time.
When our boys were younger they would have events where
they would go for school rewards and such, and we very
much enjoyed those games!!!
