Title: Cheese Peanut Butter Cookies

Yield: 24 Cookies
1/2 c Peanut butter
1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
2/3 c Butter; softened
1 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1/2 ts Salt
In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, cheese, butter, flour,
and salt. Mix well. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Heat the oven to
375?F. Place 1 ts dough 2" apart on a cookie sheet and bake for 10
to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
