to register to vote. AND you have to have ID to vote.
The ID requirement existed before though, right? And the proof of citizenship is a new part?

Yes, They have a list of acceptable IDs...
Ron added proof of citizenship to the requirements.
It's going to take more than a generation to dig ourselves out of this open border business the Democrats put us through.

Heck yea. We need to pick up the pace. We need to get them out of here
at least as fast as Biden brought them in.

Not certain about Florida, but here in Michigan, ID was always "nice to have". If you didn't have ID, you needed to fill out more paperwork to attest that you were who you claimed to be.
IHMO: Most voter fraud wasn't through people going to the polls.
It was the mail in ballots and the electronic voting machines that were switching votes toward the Democrat candidate. And, yes, we have proof
of that happening.
She fizzled out because she couldn't get anything done. But we'll probably never find out why.
In her defense, she had a hard job. She needed to clean out the DOJ
(Lots of Elitist operatives there). She needed to create cases to prosecute many people - kinda hard when your organization purposefully sabotages your actions.
But I did have a theory:
Trump wants ot rotate out his people in these positions frequently. This prevents the Deep State from subverting them. It's hard to blackmail someone when they have no position of power anymore.
Each one collects information that's given to the next one, who will further the plan to drain the swamp. I'm hopeful that Pam is giving the next person a full report on where the corruption is and how it's organized so that he can remove it.
But as you alluded to, Ron has the support of a Republican (seeminly
real, not RINO) super-majority. It's harder to get stuff done when everyone is working against you.

I'm confident that you're right about that, and Trump's executive order restricting mail in ballots should be the perfect fix, but requiring
photo ID at the polls adds yet another layer of security.
Plus it's
great how it makes the pink hairs stand up on peoples' necks.

balls and Ron shut Disney the FU.
He's done great things. I know that his term is ending soon and he
might be grabbing the spot light a little on the way out...
Removed property taxes on primary residents.... Trump's Mar-A-Lago
will be exempt, portions of it, the house and 10 acres... maybe some Libtards are screaming at the sky right now.

As I read the law, the requirement is
basically that even if you had your
previous ID, if the state does not
already have a specific record of
citizenship associated with your ID,
it's not valid. So for example, if I
have my ID but they don't have a birth
certificate to associate with that ID,
my ID is invalid and thus I will be
turned away at the voting booth despite
being a US citizen otherwise. The

I hope so. Is he term limited? If so, he may be bucking for a federal position soon.

I saw a video today where they are covering the top 3 State that lost billionaires and businesses... California, New York and Illinois, in
that order, and the 3 states that benefited from those losses, Florida, Texas and South Carolina <----I don't know why this one made it to the
top 3...
Florida surpassed Texas by 4 times... They didn't discus the reasons
why, there are nice areas in Texas as there is in Florida... Income tax
at 0% in both States but in Florida Property tax at 0% for your primary (Homesteaded) property.
There has been a HUGE cash influx to Florida from all the businesses moving and billionaires moving into the state.
The difference between a Blue State and a Red State, and a good
Governor of course, is that RON found ways to help the citizens of the state.
Then you hear @Aaron talk about the politicians in NY and you start to
see the contrast.
What do you think of this new acting AG?? They are looking to arrest
and or charge ~8K people in fraud. They are adding 1000s of new prosecutors around the country to deal with it, and a new judge as
WELL.
But this didn't surprise anyone. The people who actually produce
usually flee socialism. Ayn Rand told that in "Atlas Shrugged".

Did you know Elon has a Canadian passport as well as a US and South African one as well.
Elon kept trying to get the pod caster to comment on that and she wouldn't.
Could be why he's in the US now... All the racism in Africa...
Maybe he can move to the moon, no taxes on the moon yet...
That's part of it. But mostly because of the lack of freedom in general in Africa. America is still "The Land of Opportunity" despite the Elitist's work to wreck that.
But South Africa today is effectively a communist state with the gov't picking winners and losers. But the winners are leaving (like the successful farmers) with many coming to the U.S.
IB Joe wrote to Dr. What <=-
I see that you made mention about the farmers, the white ones, have
fled. The country has went to sh!t since its been handed over.
I don't know what it is, communist or?? Looks like the corruption is soooo rampant that the only one prospering from anything is the
leaders.
Streets are a mess, infrastructure failing... and it's a hell hole.
They can't even get the farmers back to assist in anyway.
I don't know what it is, communist or?? Looks like the corruption is

It's effectively DEI hiring at the extreme. Take successful farms from the white farmers who made the farms successes, over many generations,
and have all the knowledge and experience. Then give the farms to the lazy, useless, stupid, inexperienced blacks. The outcome is expected.
Communism always devolves into totaltarianism. Orwell's "Animal Farm" illustrates that nicely - and is a pretty nice read.
Yup. We could sell them food. But does South Africa even have any products to trade now?
Go Senators!
It's always the leaders that fill their pockets before disappearing.Sometimes I think that Canada is in it's final throws.
I hate DEI, I wish we'd just head back to merit based stuff. There was
a black man and a woman on the moon trip and in the back of my mind all
I could think is I hope they are not DEI.
The black man (Victor Glover) is a navy pilot and astronaut, so I think
he knows what he's doing, but the media dumbed it down to "first black
guy in space."
They're just preying on black people; watching them, waiting for them to be "the first of their color to do something." It's ridiculous. And if anyone of any other color is "first of their color" then it's just crickets.

how that would overshadow his merit. <--- This is important because it looks like DEI is nearing its end.
They ONLY question I have about the female astronaut is... How does one menstruate in 0 gravity.
How many books out there are more prophetic than the Bible. Animal
farm, Atlas Shrugged, 1984.
Why did I not listen when I was younger...
It can't get any worse. Maybe Trump can help them fix South Africa
after he saves America and the World.

I hope that Canada is not in its final throws. I have children and grandchildren who don't have a lot of options and may have to go down
on that sinking ship.
The longer I live the more I think @RonL is right... about the Elites running the show.
I'd like to return back to the romantic idea of "We The People"... The Canadian version is the House of Commons <--- for those who don't
know... This is the house of Common People.
But the Left hates merit based stuff. Mostly because 1) they are incompetent and will never win in such a system and 2) it doesn't
destroy anything.
Which, sadly, is what many people think today. Back in the 1970's, if there was a black and woman on a moon trip, we'd all think it was
because they were the best qualified for the job.
They ONLY question I have about the female astronaut is... How does o menstruate in 0 gravity.
I don't think she was up there that long. :)
"You can't fix stupid."
In the case of SA, let it die. Then go in and pick up the pieces.
