    I am willing to pay for sheet music and songbooks, but when I seek material that is out of print, I am forced to do without or to obtain a copy--paid or otherwise--wherein the creator receives no recompense. I prefer the latter; if the publisher declines to make the work available in printed or digital form, what else is one to do?
